How the offer works:
- Offer is valid for new patients to Tassie Smiles Dental for their initial appointment whether they have private health insurance (PHI) or not. This offer represents a ‘maximum out of pocket’ cost. Patients that have cover that pays a benefit less than $360, an out of pocket fee will apply. This offer is subject to PHI plan, yearly limits, waiting periods, fund policies and conditions.
- Patients must mention this offer when booking and must present their PHI card when attending their appointment. Where additional work is undertaken that is not part of standard comprehensive new patient appointments, an out-of-pocket cost may be charged but will be discussed at your appointment before proceeding.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate for eligible patients.
- For patients without PHI, the package is available at a fixed price of $360.
- This offer is only available for ‘pay on the day’ patients. Private Health funds, EFTPOS and AfterPay will be accepted. No payment internal plans are available.
- Please note: Tassie Smiles Dental is not a ‘Preferred Provider’ of Medibank or BUPA or associated PHI companies.
- Offer is not available for St. Lukes Health, HCF and CBHS patients due to preferred provider arrangements.
